I decided to specifically work on this to try using Mudbox projection texture mapping for skin texture. I started out with Reallusion's character creator, and then took it to Mudbox for some refine sculpting, and then a little bit of texturing. However, I decided to use Photoshop for the bulk of the texture edits.
I then rendered using Adobe Dimension, which I must say I really enjoyed. Roughly 1min and a half with the lowest setting, using an Nvidia GTX 860m. Only thing is I couldn't find a way to tweak the glossiness levels on the coat, which was a bit frustrating.
